to explain a little more, there are two types of moderated lists:
1. all posts are moderated, which means the list admin has to
specificaly approve every post, which means that we will all have to
wait for you to come to your office and approve posts
2. posts of *some* members, who are on the 'rowdy list' are
moderated. The moderater decides who these people are, and if you get
on the wrong side of the moderater you are in deep trouble. I have
experienced this and have sworn never ever to join a list of this sort.
