I volunteer for reading subject lines and deleting mails. Because in
the office I have internet. I can devote around 10 minutes in each
hour to do this work

the list is not moderated - even if you volunteer as moderator, first  
it has to be decided to moderate the list - which I dont think will  
happen. However you are free to spend 10 minutes a day and flame all  
top posters, spammers and the like.
