very nice excuse. lets people wonder if CSE in IITM has a course on
making (lame) excuses.
We can't force any to take the responsibilities. It is purely an
volunteer task. So It is noting to do with CS or AE or ME :). But I
feel, for list-admin task, IIT guys are best choice. Bcoz they have
physical access to the server.
Anyway We should NOT discusses abt, Why someone is not willing to take
the responsibilities. Discuss How We/You/Me can share/take the
responsibilities.
