So Baskar has forwarded an email from his company mailing list to ilugc mailing
list; because he cannot service the request. Fair enough. But he is placing a
restriction that others should contact him off-list; and can conduct only on
behalf of ilugc, whatever that means.
Who has given the right to Baskar to decide how others on this list should do
workshops?
