Are you doing this seminar on behalf of ilugc or on behalf of your company?
No more 'whose behalf'. If anyone in the list interested in doing the
seminar, they can either contact the college directly, else if they
contact me offlist, I would forward their request to the college and inform
them to make any necessary arrangements (travel/hospitality) for the
resource person.
If I do the program in my own capacity, I would simply put the tag [Event
Report] and post it in the list, without mentioning about 'on behalf of'.
