[Ilugc] Request for seminar on 'Free tools in Software Engineering'

If I do the program in my own capacity, I would simply put the tag [Event
Report] and post it in the list, without mentioning about 'on behalf of'.

That is not the question I asked - about how you are going to post, after the
seminar. For this particular workshop, you asked for others to contact you
off-list, without mentioning whether this particular workshop is being planned
on behalf of ilugc or your company. Like Thyagarajan said, your emails are not
clear about your intentions.
So my question again: "Is this particular seminar conducted on behalf of ilugc
or your company?"
