Err, no. If he has his private key, getting back his private key
has a probability of 1, no?
As a practical user, the answer would be a no. If this were possible,
we'd have hundreds of PGP/GPG users floating around with similar keys!

This is the case when he does not have the private key. But he
is posing the question that he has somehow retrieved the private key.
In which case, he has the private key, and there is nothing the get
back any more.
I don't think we have a clear picture of what his real problem
is. Perhaps we need to shift this discussion into Tamil, and have some
one translate?
