Umm. If you have the key, what is there to recover? Are you ?saying

If you no longer have the PC, and the hard drive that contained
the private key, it is gone.
now am in another PC, will i be able to get back it or regenerate
it..
Umm, no. If you could, so can a cracker -- I mean, where would
the information about the large number that was your private key come
from?
if having private key can do it, how about to achieve it?
Well, even if you had your private key file, you would still
need to have the pass phrase. If you do not have your private key,
there is no way to get it back.
to be used in my kmail now? the same key...
If you can some how get back your key out of thin air, why would
I not be able to do the same?
am i missing something fundamentally on gpg? or making some silly
question? please explain..
Well, yes. I suggest you go back and read the manual to be found
on the gnupg site. The whole point of public key encryption is that
there is no way to get the private key given the public key (and vice
versa, of course).
If the file either of these were stored in is gone, you have
effectively lost the key. For ever and ever more. If you had printed
out your revocation certificate, now is the time to revoke your old
key.
