Umm. If you have the key, what is there to recover? Are you
saying that you have forgotten the pass-phrase? If so, again, unless
you can hack gnupg, there is no known way to recover it.
Well. Brute-force is about the only way. Your brute-force search
can be made smarter if you remember some fragment of your password, but
if not, then it's going to take a long time.
Of course, this would work for you, in case someone else got
hold of your secret keyring, nad wanted to pretend to eb you.
