to go by it, now what i write in this mail is my copyright, whether i want it
that way or not. so there are legal steps that one need to take, to get rid
of the copyright that comes on anything thats recorded.
government's does this by declaring it a public belonging. the first such
thing to happen in tamizh nadu was barathiyar's. where in the creator's
successors are given due credit.
thats the reason fsf claims copyright on its work but gives everyone the
authority use it with the same intention fsf gives it for or copyleft its
work.
