[Ilugc] refund of the microsoft tax

Wipro's policy, as stated by them, is to ship all PCs with Microsoft
software. So neither of us had other alternatives. DOS was the
cheapest Microsoft program that I could buy. So I purchased that with
the laptop.

Oh ok. Wipro charges extra for the OS but you have the option of
choosing between DOS, Win XP etc.? Decent within the constraints
imposed :-)
