[Ilugc] virus in usb

Since all USB sticks are FAT32 formatted, the above step formats it to
FAT32 filesystem.
I asked what the fdisk line was for
If you know which device your USB stick is, then fdisk line is not required,
he might
have mentioned to know about the disk/partition of the USB disk
It should have been
fdisk -l /dev/sd{X}
