Most virii also have Autorun setup, good to delete those as well

but if you delete that the cybercafe cannot read it - or recognise it.

It may not open up the file manager automagically but the device
should show up under "My Computer" and then one can click on the the
USB device and open file manager.  Depending on the desktop setting,
it may also show up in system tray.
