Disney is a little tricky, since it is just an ad for Disney. But a properly designed OTA multi-channel service COULD provide a mix of advertiser supported and subscription channels. In fact, if broadcasters could provide a free tier of about 30 channels, they could still deliver a ton of premium content, both in real time (aka the Disney channel) and via downloads to cache during off peak hours (aka Moviebeam).
