Disney is a little tricky, since it is just an ad for Disney. But a 
properly designed OTA multi-channel service COULD provide a mix of 
advertiser supported and subscription channels.

In fact, if broadcasters could provide a free tier of about 30 
channels, they could still deliver a ton of premium content, both in 
real time (aka the Disney channel) and via downloads to cache during 
off peak hours (aka Moviebeam).
