You provide the AC-3/E-ACE in it's own E-VSB packet stream, and you make a
reference to it in the PSIP-E.  150 could easily be accommodated with 100
packets per second.

How do you carve out just 150 Kb/s from the 19.3, with the
E-VSB approach for adding robustness?
