Possibly, you are right. But the lefties in govt won't let that happen,
because OTA users are supposedly the "disadvantaged." So OTA will
survive.

We've been over this time and again. Ever been to Venice Beach, in LA?
Imagine how many expensive mansions could be built there. Makes any
developer's mouth water just thinking about it.

(I picked Venice Beach because it is a rather extreme example of how a
free beach can be used.)
