Broadcasters had no problem with CATV systems - they expanded the audience,
which in turn expanded their markets.
Things changed when these systems started to add new channels that competed
with the broadcasters, and people who could easily receive FOTA broadcasts
started to subscribe to cable.

- Using the UNSUBSCRIBE command in your user configuration settings at
FreeLists.org
- By sending a message to: opendtv-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx with the word
unsubscribe in the subject line.
