If no "true" test of distance reception has occurred to date it is not
the fault of COFDM advocates who have begged for such a test for years.
8-VSB advocates have ducked, ignored and participated in a fraudulent
test, MSTV all to avoid being tested against DVB-T at any distance.
Sinclair was castigated for its temerity in going back to those seven
sites like it was a mortal sin. The second part of the testing was
eliminated with no discussion. In fact any kind of discussion was
frowned on by Congress and the FCC.

In the US the DTV modulation has been rigged from day one. Rigged to
allow a inferior system to win and those doing the rigging knew full
well that it was inferior. Their actions tell all.

So bring it on Doug. I have asked you or your friends to show up since
at least 2002 in Toronto. Where were you? Where were they? For a year we
could have tested 8-VSB against DVB-T in NYC but you and the 8-VSB
universe ignored the opportunity.

Until such a test DVB-T is better at any distance.

Anybody hear from Brazil? The decision was due today.
