There you go again, back to square one. We have covered all of this ad nauseam. 
The cable company can simply put more and more of their content over IP,

TVE, for instance, and expand it. We have seen that some ARE taking this tack.

ROTFL. You mean, the CableCard that no one supports? Right. And even if, you're 
still using a non-neutral pipe, when doing so.

Besides, you also missed the point that Hulu is planning to offer a mix of live 
and on demand content, for Hulu subscribers, but that Suddenlink won't support 
this service on their proprietary box. Even though, if streaming IP from that 
proprietary box, you would necessarily be paying retrans consent dollars to the 
local broadcasters. Even though, the subscribers to Suddenlink can have access 
to Hulu regardless.

You still haven't been able to explain the logic. The best you could do is 
become confused, and say that live content would not be available from Hulu. 
But it will be.
