Slow on the uptake there, Craig? Point being, it does not require ATSC 3.0 to
get live TV broadcasts to your IP appliances. The article in question ties this
with ATSC 3.0, but the feature is not new news.

You can UNSUBSCRIBE from the OpenDTV list in two ways:
- Using the UNSUBSCRIBE command in your user configuration settings at
FreeLists.org
- By sending a message to: opendtv-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx with the word
unsubscribe in the subject line.
