Disciplines to five - are the indications that the NO Grand Master
will be a Supreme Master for book 32?

It does seem to be in harmony with the indications in the rules that the NO
will be Level 12 (Kai Supreme Master) when playing Book 32, though. As it
stands in the PA editions, in Book 32 you will be a Kai Supreme Master but
only have mastered 15/16 Disciplines. This change rectifies the discrepancy,
and I seem to remember that Books 31/32 were supposed to be a bit like Book
5 (1 adventure in 2 halves), though I can't find a quote to hand right now.
If so, maybe the rules are that you won't pick a new (the final!) Discipline
between Books 31 and 32.

*five* rather than four NO Disciplines, which makes much more sense
and would allow us to kill a footnote in each of the NO books in the
PA editions.
Changes required would be:
(er) 21votm Disciplines: <em>four</em> -> <em>five</em>
(ne) 21votm Levels: [so: kill footnote--also in Books 22-28]
I recommend we implement this improvement in the PA editions. Are
there any other places that require amendment to bring this into line?
