[projectaon] PA website online

The website is back online (phew!) but the server that it's on is
still in the midst of a restoration from backup. Things may not work
correctly until that is finish in "a few days". If there are specific
missing files, I may be able to restore them from my personal backup
of the website.
I'll be monitoring traffic more closely over the next few days, so
we'll see how it goes.
