Hmm, Ok, and now it's up.
Very strange.
It seems that it's loading so slow that one minute the browser times out
trying to bring it up, and the next minute it manages to do it.
It's that's what the ISP considers "UP", then they have a funny idea
of what UP is.

And I should mention that when things do work, they'll work slowly. So try to
avoid putting a heavy load on the server for a while when possible.
