Hi y'all,

Yes, Cearbhall is right. None of the accessibility standards are binding under law. The thing that gets me, from being on the coal face for many years, is that a lot of accessibility problems are so easily avoidable. I would also have thought that now is the time to have better user interfaces, more accessible applications etc as opposed to things getting worse. However, Aer Lingus is just one use case.

To be balanced, I do believe things are getting better in terms of less barriers in the digital environment.
