It does run, but opening windows or subwindows irregularly but
often lead to yoshimi disappearing from jack, with the gui
hanging. Especially the padsynth ones seem dangerous, most
predictable the one called "PADsynth Harmonic Content Creator"

This does not happen with e.g 0.060-*

Thanks for that. 0.062 has a change to the locking scheme, and what you're
describing sounds very much like deadlock - especially so where PADsynth
is involved. Also, the lack of response to interrupts is definitely not
the intended behaviour.
