git! Thats good to hear- I'm sure Herr Hohn will be happy to hear
Yoshimi dev has gone public.

After I've d/l'd the latest kxstudio, backed stuff up and re-installed
I'll be trying pre4. I've just had a look at the notes for 0.062pre0
but they're not very forthcoming on whats changed- have we got more
controllers assigned now?

jeezDan, you are impatient! No, there's no new controllers yet. The midi
reorg makes that step possible though, so I'm hoping for some help
establishing that what's there so far actually works as desired.

Which leads to the point that so far, the only clearly identified
"desirable" control exposure is bank/program change. Would a reasonable
starting point for other "desirables" begin with the list of allegedly
nrpn accessible controls a la ZynAddSubFX documentation?

cheers.

I think the question i'd be asking is:

"All those who use nrpn regularly, put your hands up."

Then you'll get an idea if it's worth even bothering with it.

:)

I know how to program my controllers to send NRPN messages but I never got Yoshimi/ZASFX to work with it. So if is possible to get it to work I'd be grateful. If it would be possible to map them to more common CC messages I'd be even more grateful :)

Best,

Jeremy
