[access-uk] Re: Feedback wanted: helpline for the blind?

Hello Mo and all,

Please bear in mind that on the first Thursday of every month between 7.30 and
9pm people can also call up the
BCAB technology help line

For help and advice on using their computers. So, whilst they are not
duplicates of the same service, each one could promote the other whenever
appropriate.

Best,
Clive

Hi Mo

this is an excellent idea and congratulations for being part of it.

Like most others I think a trial with a weekly service to test out the demand
would be a good way to start. If that is too much to do then at least once a
fortnight.

Monday between 7 and 8 pm also sounds like an appropriate time slot.

kind regards
Robin
