[access-uk] question re email not coming to my inbox

I have BT as my server at least for the next week.  For the last 6 months my 
messages, at least most of them including All of the messages from this list 
are going into a spam folder on my server.  I dont know how to get them into my 
inbox and have to ask a sighted person to get them for me.  I find this most 
annoying.  I have spoken to BT but got little help.  Can anyone tell me why 
this happens and what can I do.  If possible could you email me to my personal 
email in order to get the message more quickly.  I am using Windows Live mail 
with jaws13 on an acer laptop. Thanks Fran.
