Hi Carol I am losing a lot of my emails to BT’s spam filter. I tend to get most personal messages, but not all. Most of the messages from this list goes into a spam folder on the server which I cannot find. I have to get a sighted friend to go into my server and send them to my inbox. I spoke to BT but they were really no help. They said I should mark the ones which I did not want to go in the spam folder, but as I said to them one does not know who is going to email. However, because of this, I am changing to another server. Hopefully it will be better, but someone said that a lot of servers are using this filter for security. Hope this info helps. If you want to know anything else, just ask, and if I have the answer, I will let you know. All the best. Fran. For this reason, I set up a Gmail account, and use it for my Email list traffic as I dont often have to go into Google to retrieve anything that has gone straying into my Trash folder on the website. The BT thing is a bit of a nightmare, and forcing your Emails to go into your Inbox is a bit tricky to explain, though I can do it now using JAWS. Can anyone tell me why this happens and what can I do. If possible could you email me to my personal email in order to get the message more quickly. I am using Windows Live mail with jaws13 on an acer laptop.
