It sounds like you have a Sky branded flavour of Internet Explorer 7. If this is on Windows XP, you could uninstall IE7 (restoring IE6), and then reinstall the default Microsoft-branded flavour from Microsoft's website. See also hints at:

Alternatively, you could delve into the Windows registry and change IE's window title directly:
