Shuttle didn’t quite do that, it would have required enormous mixers…. But they 
did have the same batch poured into both right and left booster matching 
segments of the segmented booster.  There could be variations segment to 
segment but they’d be the same side to side.  Thrust might vary a bit flight to 
flight as long as it was right/left balanced.
