What is the relation of "Smell" threshold to "Danger" threshold for this?

If the danger threshold is less than the smell threshold (dangerous before you can smell it) smelling it would be a bad thing.

I had thought N2H4 was like that, but it might be N02 instead.

The name Louwers is familiar dating from his amateur rocketeer days. I doubt I ever met him in The Netherlands. Bottled aqueous hydrazine N2H4 solution smells like ammonia.
