Congrats to Joe! Great to see it work.
From following the Barnard Cinematic Universe, my understanding of the meat
rocket is that it is one with such vigorous acceleration that it reaches
sufficient stagnation temperature to cook meat. Which probably means
“destroy meat” in reality.

I got a giggle around the 5min mark when Joe started listing his new
goals, including a Starship/Superheavy model complete with bellyflop
recovery (I *called it*, back when he posted the Christmas Tree video!
Hah!), and "the meat rocket," which he was coy about, but made me think of
that one MythBusters episode where they tried making a hybrid rocket using
a salami and NO2.
