Depending on the fat loading which is where the calories for combustion
are, the lower the grade of meat the higher the performance, i.e. higher
hydrogen content.

From following the Barnard Cinematic Universe, my understanding of the
meat rocket is that it is one with such vigorous acceleration that it
reaches sufficient stagnation temperature to cook meat. Which probably
means “destroy meat” in reality.

I got a giggle around the 5min mark when Joe started listing his new
goals, including a Starship/Superheavy model complete with bellyflop
