Unfortunately, SpaceX seems to have pushed their work on that one
farther into the future, so maybe that's one for DARPA, Blue Origin, or
some newcomer to the field.
My guess is, we'll see that from Blue Origin first. My suspicion is
that their orbital system upper stage will be aimed at reusability from
the start. Probably New Shepard-based, albeit considerably evolved.
