Carl Most folks use Rocksim Pro to do the 3 sigma analysis they hand that over to the FAA and the use TAOS. One fella on the list here created SPLASH and he might be reachable. I have not tried to pass a SPLASH analysis to the FAA yet so I'm not sure if they will accept it. However if they run TAOS on it anyway I think SPLASH may be acceptable if it has enough data for them to do their analysis. RS Pro cost a grand and is going to be the cheapest route as far as I know other than SPLASH. You can get TAOS for free if you have a CAGE code that might require you to have TAOS for a government contract. Some of the requirements and that CAGE code stuff has changed since I last worked on it so- But that direction is an option. Missile DATCOM was another useful program that was in circulation at one time but I don't think it's enough for the FAA alone. Far as I know- There is another solution but I've forgotten the name of it as it cost 20 grand or so.
