Subject: [gps-talkusers] few comments on SE on my iPhone

While using the latest version of SEG on my iPhone I conjured up a few
thoughts.
     1. I really would like a display of current speed and direction while
following a driving route. This already appears when using the app but with
no route to follow.
2. While proceeding en route on a road that had traffic lights the ETA
seemed extremely variable. That is, when stopped at a red light my ETA was
listed at several rather insane values. 48 hours to go three miles for
example. Evidently, the app is extrapalating a little too much with current
speeds.
  3. When entering a destination I don't see why I must enter both the zip
code and city. A zip code tells the map exactly where I wish to go and I
don't see why a city is also necessary.
I guess that's about it. Thanks for your cooperation.
Kevin
