Oh yes. And by saying that YOU didn't care, you have effectively ruled

no - if i was writing code for a business, i would go the BSD way. if
i was writing to contribute to or contribute back to the community i
would go the GPL way. If i was using other's modules, again,
depending on what i want to do, i would choose modules with the
appropriate license. I have learnt a lot by seeing how mysql has
messed themselves up by trying to ride two horses going in different
directions with dual licensing based on GPL.
