My point is, it might not have been a happy ride for Mr. Santhosh.
Having said that, I agree that at the end of the day, it is the
management's responsibility to pay the salary as agreed. If the above
revenue stream is not there, the promoter/owner has the responsibility
to beg/borrow and pay salaries on time in full.
I didn't really demand payment .
I told him he can pay it to me even next year.
Or he can pay me his debts as 5000 each month.
But I got irritated when he changed his commitment.
He agrees he owes me so much expecting that he will get work.
He is reluctant to give post dated cheques even for the next year or as
minimal installments.
And when insisted he says he needs help to raise funds .
When declined he says I need to complete all the above mentioned projects to
justify payment.
