What's your relieving period mentioned in the employment agreement? 

If it 90 days you have to wait till that time. One exception is take count of 
no of leaves that you have and minus it with the notice period date. 

You will get the exact days which need to spend or calculate the basic salary 
for those days and pay it and get relieved on the same day.

i put papers and they told me that they can relieve me only after 90 days 
simply citing some company rules..

and there was no work also.. i quit on my own in a months time..

and many of my friends are waiting for 90 days to complete..
