Not so simple.
I am not defending the behaviour of Netdomains. However, I guess it is
more to do with incompetence of the CEO/Owner than deliberate
cheating. The guy really did not know how to convert the work of
employees into useful software/service for the clients and collect
payment and pay salaries.
My point is, it might not have been a happy ride for Mr. Santhosh.
Having said that, I agree that at the end of the day, it is the
management's responsibility to pay the salary as agreed. If the above
revenue stream is not there, the promoter/owner has the responsibility
to beg/borrow and pay salaries on time in full.
