Where did you get that from? Of course it is incorrect - Konqueror is
far more adherent to standards that Firefox is. Even Opera is ahead of
Firefox in terms of standards compliance.
It wasn't for nothing that Apple chose KHTML over Gecko for their
Safari browser.
