[Ilugc] Regarding Running an Email Server using Dial-Up connection

I can create any number of email ids I want in my email service
provider's server. I am right now being forced to use dial-up because
BSNL is refusing to give a dataone connection giving some stupid
reason that they are having some technical fault.
Then if your provider offers smtp authentication, let your users set their
outlook express up to send through the provider's mailserver. Or set your
local sendmail, postfix etc to smarthost through the provider's mailserver.
