Agree. I'd assumed he did not have that option to define and manage  
umpteen mail ids on the ISP server. Definitely having individual a/ 
cs on the ISP server for every a/c receiving mail from the Internet  
is desirable. Controlling bag size per a/c is a key factor in  
preferring this.

even services which give limited no of IDs usually give unlimited  
aliases - so the more important people get IDs and the rest get aliases
