practically the best slideshow I have ever seen on the subject

2. Page 4 talks abt Lower Costs. it is mentioned that Initial Cost of
acquiring FOSS is much lower. what about TCO

this is not correct - FOSS is free - but not cheap. Initial costs of  
deploying FOSS are much higher than that of proprietary software.  
Only in the long run it works out cheaper (lower TCO)
