has anyone customized Bugzilla for general purpose issue tracking ? We
want such a tracking system similar to the Remedy ticket tracking system.
I would like to know the extend to which i can configure Bugzilla for
such a requirment. At present, i think, with its default settings, it
assums that the user is tracking bugs related to a 'product'. My requirment
is not 'product' centric but 'service' centric.
