KDE printing allows you to set PDF as a virtual printer and makes this
rather redundant to support in individual applications. For others, you
can always install and use cups-pdf.


With that one copy and paste don't work, you can only copy images. But
OOo PDF is excellent in that it has support for internal links ... and
you could copy texts from it.
