mine was 10k cheaper - same configuration

Features that worked "out of the box" (not even lspci/modprobe stuff)
with ubuntu warty.
ipw2100, cpufreq, AC'97 sound, 855GM graphics, synaptic touchpad

yeah these are out of the box (except that slak doesnt ship with ipw
drivers - these are slated to get integrated into the main kernel very
soon ...)
