[jawsscripts] Re: punctuation setting

I've already tried that, but that makes a temporary change. If I close the
program and reload it, punctuation reverts to most. I want a permanent
change.

In 12, while your app is open & you're in it, use your insert v, go to
punctuation, choose the desired setting, & hit enter.
