Yes, you create different voice profiles (under the jaws menu, jaws+j
then options->voices->voice adjustment, choose the synthesizer you
want to use for the program make the changes and then save as, when
you close the dialog say no to making the different profile your
deafault.
With the program you want to assign a profile to active hit
jaws+ctrl+s tab to the list for the program of interest and select the
profile you created above.
